Easy ensemble: Gwyneth Paltrow's tiny frame was hidden behind oversize airport attire, which she displayed while walking through New York's JFK airport on Monday

Gwyneth Paltrow looked one cool customer as she walked through New York’s JFK airport on Monday.

The Oscar winner paired a chic cable sweater in cream with white slacks and a pair of Self Portrait sunglasses, making her look ready for summer.

This sighting comes just after the 43-year-old admitted she gets along better with ex-husband Chris Martin as ‘friends’ than she does as a wife.

Speaking to Marie Claire Australia, Gwyneth discussed the dynamics of the former couple as she revealed: ‘It’s like we are still a family, but not a couple.’

The 43-year-old claimed: ‘I think we are better as friend than we were [married]. We are very close and supportive of one another.

‘It hasn’t always been easy for us because you have good days and bad days as you do in life with anything, but I feel lucky because Chris has been willing to push himself for the sake of the kids and help me co-create this new family.’

Recently, the actress took to her website Goop to answer questions submitted by her fans.

The 33 Días star, who has always been vocal about her healthy lifestyle, was very raw with her readers, and addressed rumours about expensive drinks as well as gave personal advice.

Last month, the New York Daily News reported that the star’s smoothie cost around $200, according to it’s ingredients, which included Moon Dust, a powder available on her site that costs between $55-$65.

A fan of the star asked for the mother-of-two to break down what she eats daily, and Gwyneth made a point to discuss the reportedly costly drink.

‘About 10 ‘o’clock, I have a nutrient-dense smoothie that costs nowhere near $200. I always eat salad for lunch with some protein, and as a general rule, I eat whatever I want for dinner,’ she said.

She also discussed how to trick children into eating vegetables, and gave tips on manly, healthy eating.

Beating the weather: She kept warm in a cream-coloured, knit sweater with a cowl neck collar
